       Preparation before installation of linear motor machining center:

       1. Foundation construction of linear motor machining center

       After signing the purchase contract with the manufacturer of the machine tool processing center, the user can ask the manufacturer for the installation foundation drawing of the machine tool, the electricity specification and other data related to the machine tool connection preparation, and prepare the installation foundation of the machine tool according to the requirements. Usually, the machine tool is directly placed on the ground, supported by the foot carried by the machine tool, and the ground is trimmed according to the weight of the machine tool and the weight of the processed workpiece.

       For the installation foundation that is generally required to be made by the linear motor machining center, the foundation bolt installation hole shall be set. Precision machine tools should also be equipped with vibration isolation and anti-vibration isolation belts around the foundation to isolate the foundation from other vibration sources.

       2. Preparation of power grid

       Generally, the working voltage of CNC machine tools is AC380V-15% -+10%/50HZ, but the working voltage of some CNC machine tools is AC200V-15% -+10%/50HZ, which requires the user to prepare the power supply equipment of corresponding specifications, or the machine tool manufacturer. If the linear motor machining center is purchased in batches, the user should prepare the unified power supply facilities.

       The voltage of the power grid usually fluctuates greatly, and there are often many interference signals in the power grid. For the sake of safety, the voltage stabilizer installed to stabilize the voltage of the power grid, while filtering out the noise interference signals in the network, the CNC machine tool must make a good grounding line, generally using the one-point grounding method, and the sectional area of the ground cable is generally 5.5-14mm2.

       3. Working environment

       Linear motor machining centers generally have environmental temperature requirements. Only at the appropriate temperature can the machining accuracy of the machine tool be achieved. Therefore, corresponding constant temperature environment should be equipped. Pay attention to the air flow in humid areas to avoid the corrosion of circuits and electronic components in the numerical control system and increase the failure.

       The CNC machine tool cannot be placed in the place where the sun is shining directly to avoid the loss of precision of the linear motor machining center caused by local temperature rise. The compressed air used by the CNC machine tool should be dried, dehydrated, and have sufficient instantaneous flow.
